Tre’von is heading to Rambert School of Dance

RJC Dance is thrilled to announce that a member of our Youth Provision, Tre'von Gibson, has been accepted into the Rambert School of Dance, London, a world-leader in training and education in ballet and contemporary dance. We could not be prouder of him and all that he has accomplished. We have watched Tre'von grow into a confident, skilled, and passionate dancer, and it is a joy to see him continue his journey in the world of dance.

Tre'von has been a part of the RJC Dance family for ten years now, and we have had the pleasure of seeing him develop into the talented performer he is today. His dedication and commitment to his craft were evident from the start, and he quickly became a role model for other students. Tre'von's passion for dance has not only driven him to succeed but has also inspired others around him. Tre’von is a natural leader and mentor to younger dancers, always willing to lend a helping hand or provide guidance and support. His positive attitude and infectious energy paves the way for members of the RJC Dance Youth Provision community.

RJC Dance works in partnership with Northern School of Contemporary Dance to support RJC Dance Youth Provision members accessing Further & Higher education opportunities. Tre'von was accepted onto the Centre of Advanced training scheme and went on to complete his Certificate of Higher Education at Northern Schoool of Contemporary Dance (NSCD), graduating in July 2023.

We have watched Tre'von face challenges with determination and grace, always motivating himself to grow and learn new ways to express himself. He has worked tirelessly to perfect his technique, refine his artistry, and expand his repertoire, developing different styles of dance from contemporary to cultural dance forms, as well as learning guitar and piano.

Now, as Tre'von embarks on a new chapter in his dance career, we are excited to see him continue to shine. We have no doubt that he will thrive at the Rambert School of Dance, and we look forward to following his journey and seeing all that he will accomplish. We are honored to have played a significant role in Tre'von's journey and will continue to support him as he pursues his dreams. We know that he will always make us proud in all of his endeavors. Tre'von is a shining example of the power of dedication, passion, and hard work, and we cannot wait to see all that he will accomplish in the years to come.
