Looking for a fun and energising way to stay active? Our Active Communities online dance session is perfect for adults and elders looking to move, groove and connect from the comfort of home.

Led by Janetta Maxwell, a diverse dance specialist with over 30 years of experience, this one-hour Zoom session will use music and movement to boost physical fitness, memory, creativity, and mental well-being. Expect a dynamic warm-up, creative movement, and a welcoming space to express yourself through dance.

This chair-based dance session also offers gentle yet effective support for rehabilitation and renewal. Movements are adaptable and accessible, making them ideal for those recovering from injury, managing long-term conditions or returning to activity. The focus on rhythm, creativity and enjoyment promotes both physical recovery and emotional wellbeing, helping participants feel refreshed, re-energised and empowered at their own pace.
