About RJC Dance

Where movement inspires, empowers, and unites.

RJC Dance is the leading inclusive Black dance organisation in the North of England, inspiring children, young people, and adults through dance, movement, and fitness. Based in Chapeltown, Leeds, we create a welcoming space where everyone – regardless of age or experience – can enjoy the energy, creativity, and joy that dance brings.

Empowering communities is at the heart of what we do. We’re passionate about helping young people build confidence, developing diverse talent in Black British dance, and making movement accessible for all. Through workshops, performances, and community projects, we bring people together to move, express themselves, and thrive.
